I love the fact that with Dawn, there was an immediately calm and relaxed atmosphere which put me at ease. There was no expectations to talk throughout the treatment as Dawn made it clear from the start that this was "my time" and I was able to totally unwind and switch off. Today was my first treatment with Dawn. I had the head-spa and it was lush, I feel super relaxed and recharged. Thank you.

It was lovely to see Jenna again, who was as welcoming as ever. The CIT treatment went as smoothly as the previous ones, with Jenna answering any questions I had, making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment, while being professional and friendly. Just to add that all the staff go that extra mile for comfort, if you need it. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
