Fantastic. Elsa was brilliant. I was a bit nervous at first but she made me feel relaxed and very welcome. My first hot stone massage and it left me feeling super relaxed. Elsa found knots in places I didnt think muscles existed and she worked really hard and effectively to sort them out. Sorry Elsa but it was so good I will be rebooking in with you again! If you're local or here for a holiday book in for a treatment here...beautiful hotel, SPA is amazing, staff and therapists are just so friendly and professional.

I visit Mema Skin & Wellness regular for various treatments with Alexandra , today I had The Works which I have to say is one of my favourites. It is a totally relaxing treatment if you want to unwind and de-stress. As alway’s Alexandra was amazing, she explains everything in detail and makes you feel very comfortable. Rachel is absolutely amazing I have had a few treatments now and I am so pleased with the results it has given me my confidence back. After suffering from Bell’s palsy a few years ago I was very apprehensive at first but Rachel takes time and explains everything thoroughly she is very knowledgeable, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The clinic is beautiful and such a relaxing environment.

Absolutely excellent experience. The staff are very welcoming and the treatments are amazing. I had 2 facials there while visiting for a short break and the facial is so much more than just a facial. I do not know of anywhere else where your whole well being is a priority and the calming relaxed atmosphere is very welcoming I would definitely recommend a visit to Bramble and Bee xx

I had a good treatment but I wasn’t aware that I’d have a trainee/refresher as well doing my treatment; Natalie was very nice but I think I should’ve known that it was in a communal surroundings …. Just that my previous two visits were one to one and I was beginning to wonder if I was going to be seen soon, but didn’t like to interrupt the treatment going on to ask that question. Perhaps communication should be improved. As to my overall treatment, it seems to be settling down nicely and I’ll know more in a day or two. 🙏

I would consider myself an expert of treatments! I have been coming to Alex for over a year and best move I’ve made. Her hands on technique with the A Works 2 hours of sublime bliss is unique! No leaving you with a face mask for 30 mins! Alex puts her heart and soul into every movement she undertakes and I have never known such incredible talent. Alex has a gift to completely relax your nervous system and nurture with utter professionalism. I cannot even compare her treatments to anything before. Layers upon layers of serums, masks, stones and aloe Vera it’s one on its own! THANKYOU Alex.

Great service, amazing treatment

I wish to thank Alexandra for an amazing experience and for fantastic treatments. I had her new Back to Life and my usual, The Works. Outstanding as always. The new treatment was great, the back brush was amazing, and wood rolling on the back of my legs was an exhilarating sensation. 2 different treatments but both proof that different is great. Alexandra has an amazing touch and I would recommend her to everyone , both male and female clients, she’s patient, listens to you and has magic hands. Give her a try if you’ve never been, you won’t regret it.
