Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. 1st time to do the Chakra experience. Stacy informed me at the start whats going to happen and what may happen afterwards. She made oils for certain chakras and smelt gorgeous and was personalised to me and to what I filled out on the forms. Thoroughly recommended x

Four of us went for a spa day and honestly loved it. We’d been before and had such a good time we had to go back – and this time was even better with the new spa facilities. We all had facials and back/neck/shoulder massages which were amazing, and the whole place was just so relaxing. Staff looked after us really well from start to finish. Such a great day out, we’ll definitely be back again!
