Both Vida and Olga have done my nails and they have been perfect every time! ❤️ They never rush and put lots of care into getting my cuticles and shape just right. Both are super anttentive and happy to suggest the most flattering colours (they are always right)! It’s a lovely atmosphere in the salon too- I always feel welcome and I’m excited to try more treatments. Good BIAB and hard gel manicures are hard to find, so I’m very happy I found this salon as my regular spot!

Very professional, warm and welcoming venue. Went for lash removal that I had done (badly), elsewhere. These ladies know what they’re doing, but most importantly they listen to what their clients want. So pleased I found Lash London, already booked treatments for next month.

I had a consultation for my under-eye area and couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly honest and advised that I didn't need under-eye filler, which really showed her integrity and expertise. She discussed other options without any pressure and genuinely wanted the best result for me. She's so knowledgeable, kind, and professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I had the Glass Skin Facial and Lash Lift with Kawtar yesterday and absolutely loved the experience! She is so kind, calm, and professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Such a great experience. I was put at complete ease and greeted warmly. The salon is beautiful and Meena was professional and informative. I love her approach, it feels individual and she talks about the shape of your face taking your features into consideration, not just the same procedure for all. The best thing I did in 2025 was find Nurse Grace at Gracefill Aesthetics. I was looking for someone that offered a range of services and importantly, someone who was a medical professional. I was nervous going to the initial consultation but needn't have worried at all. I have had various treatments and Grace is one of the loveliest humans I've had the pleasure to meet & get to know. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and will tell you honestly & realistically what is achievable. Her space is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful aesthetic. I would recommend Grace without hesitation.

Beautiful Meena was thorough in our video consultation, and was suprised with treatment suggestion. She wants to improve the skin from within before even starting on injectables, as in the end less may be required. This is very refreshing to hear, as in my experience practitioners just go in for the kill! Meena cares ❤️

I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!
