My experience with both Saaida and Sarah has been flawless. I initially had a number of questions and reservations regarding laser hair removal and due to my health conditions, needed reassurance. Sarah was flexible, professional and very likeable. Always a smile! Saaida patient, understanding and made me feel at ease immediately. I have not shown my body for a couple of years so the idea of her seeing me made me feel apologetic! She was incredibly kind and cushioning throughout each experience. Today’s treatment was also part of a teaching session. I was asked if I would participate beforehand and I didn’t mind. The students were nice and obviously have to learn. My nerves were put to rest with Sonia’s professionalism and all off the staffs members kindness. The only thing I would say is to allow for extra time if you asked to be a client, as my treatment took 2 hours almost, which is a huge amount of time if you have other plans afterwards. Thankfully my hubby and I didn’t, so it was fine. Thank you Flawless ❤️
