Absolutely favourite time of the week. It is truly working. Finally something I can do with my limited ability for exercising. This way my body is encouraged to get rid of excess water. Warm massage increases circulation help with detoxification .Calm pleasant, private environment with professional assistance from owners. Definitely recommend it..

I booked an Indian head massage, expecting it to be limited to my head, but I was treated to a wonderfully relaxing full body experience. Ashanti began our session by stimulating pressure points on my feet and legs, before working on my upper back and shoulder knots, and finally gave me a tingly scalp and neck massage. The perfect way to spend half an hour.

I had the most amazing body sculpting session with Contoura today and I’m genuinely so impressed with the overall experience! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. The treatment itself was super effective and surprisingly relaxing. I can’t recommend Contoura enough. Their warm approach truly makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💖

Omg this woman has magical hands.. honestly I was soo uncomfortable and completely stiff before this lady gave me my full body massage.. I cannot sing her praises enough. She took such good care of me, and you can tell she really loves her job and she genuinely cares for her clients well being. I had a great experience with Abraham. A Lymphatic Drainage Massage followed by a Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage. It was amazing, relaxing and therapeutic experience. Afterwards, he give me some pieces of advice about my body and how to improve it. Of course I already booked my new appointment!

It was my first time trying a service at Ashanti's Treatment Rooms and I had an amazing experience! my hydrafacial left my face glowing and Ashanti took the time to explain to me what each step was for. I was so suprised from the head massage as well that I didnt want to leave and stay for a full body massage. This is currently a one woman show so please be aware that you may have to wait a few minutes outside whilst she finishes previous treatement which is not a big deal. I would highly reccomend her facials and will be going back in a few weeks already :D

I travel a hour an half to see beri she is worth every penny and more she always goes above to get your body prefect for you! I can’t thank beri enough for helping support my recover and gaining my dream stomach always 100 from her honestly the best

I highly recommend colonic hydrotherapy - so good for cleaning the colon - thus refreshing the skin and body.
