Angelica's lymphatic drainage is vastly superior to your average salon experience, and it actually works - makes your body looks more sculpted and revitalised. And my skin was glowing afterwards! Great experience and treatments today. Nice clean salon and easy free parking for Romford! All explained really well and questions answered. Feel really good within myself and my legs appeared different and the cellulite seemed reduced! I'll be booking back and to try the other machines - Thank you!

I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had a great experience with the arms sculpting and legs cellulite smoothing treatment. I was really pleased with the service and the information I received throughout the appointment. Although I was having waxing, it was relaxing and comfortable. Chanelle works quickly with great results. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is always pleasant music to listen to.

I had my first body treatments with Serene Body and opted for the deluxe treatment plan so I could experience all of their machines. I’m honestly blown away by the results I saw straight away. Everything Antonela prepared me for regarding the post-treatment process happened exactly as she explained, which made me feel really confident and cared for. I feel completely safe in her hands and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The environment, attention to detail, and whole experience are delivered with so much expertise and care. Highly recommend!
