I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Amazing results at SereneBody Studio.Just after my first session I had seen great results, my skin feels firmer, immediate reduction of water retention and I feel more energetic and healthy. Great experience and treatments today. Nice clean salon and easy free parking for Romford! All explained really well and questions answered. Feel really good within myself and my legs appeared different and the cellulite seemed reduced! I'll be booking back and to try the other machines - Thank you!

I had the most wonderful sculpting facial with Elsa. My skin feels plump, lifted, and has such a healthy glow. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already! Elsa was amazing, so informative, kind, and understanding throughout. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, especially the face and shoulder massage, which melted all my tension away. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and radiant. I thoroughly recommend Elsa, she is exceptional!

I had my first body treatments with Serene Body and opted for the deluxe treatment plan so I could experience all of their machines. I’m honestly blown away by the results I saw straight away. Everything Antonela prepared me for regarding the post-treatment process happened exactly as she explained, which made me feel really confident and cared for. I feel completely safe in her hands and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The environment, attention to detail, and whole experience are delivered with so much expertise and care.
