What a woman ! My first time getting anything done and I’m so bloody glad she’s the person I chose. She’s so professional, so kind and so comforting. Her work is absolutely amazing too, you can tell she loves what she’s doing and she wants all her clients to be happy. Mia is a wonderful practitioner, I had a preliminary consultation where absolutely no question of mine was too silly and she really took the time to understand what it was I was looking for from my appointment. She put me completely at ease, explaining everything clearly beforehand, knowing it was my first aesthetics appointment, she checked in with me regularly throughout, making sure to go at a pace I was comfortable with and I can't say how much I appreciate her practices for cultivating that welcoming and reliable space.
