I attended for the lymphatic drainage treatment along with some sculpting and it was fantastic. The lymphatic draining is very relaxing and I could even feel the release of fluid in certain areas. The sculpting was fantastic as I was able to see a clear difference straight away. Always a great service. Thanks Joss

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. The double treatment deal was amazing. Felt my body was really worked on during massage and foot scrub. We then had high tea in the relaxing and friendly dine area. Which topped off our special pamper day. Really friendly and welcoming staff. We will be back. Loved it.
