I attended for the lymphatic drainage treatment along with some sculpting and it was fantastic. The lymphatic draining is very relaxing and I could even feel the release of fluid in certain areas. The sculpting was fantastic as I was able to see a clear difference straight away. Always a great service. Thanks Joss

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. A wee gem of a find in Hamilton. Lovely treatments from Chloe. Massage, arm & leg exfoliation. I was so relaxed I definitely dosed off!
