A wonderful relaxing facial with premium comfort & products. I treated my 74yo Mum to her first facial & Sadie immediately put her at ease and made her feel truly pampered & comfortable, warm & nourished. Absolutely incredible massage- Sadie’s treatment room is so calming, welcoming and healing and she is so good at what she does. She worked on troublesome areas on my back and the head massage and heated eye mask was a gorgeous surprise too! I will be back and can’t wait for a facial too 💫

I look forward to this hour every week! While 1:1 Zoom Pilates seemed like it might be a little clunky or awkward, Sadie nails it! She’s warm, friendly, patient and makes the entire experience super comfortable and relaxing. The training is tailored to your body, your needs and your goals. I love that I’m building the strength in the right muscles and learning to exercise thoughtfully and with intention. I’d highly recommend working with Sadie!
