A wonderful relaxing facial with premium comfort & products. I treated my 74yo Mum to her first facial & Sadie immediately put her at ease and made her feel truly pampered & comfortable, warm & nourished. I have full confidence in Sadies high quality treatments & appreciate her professional caring nature in a super snug setting. FIVE STARS!!!!!

Would give 6 🌟 if was an option. My first appt with Alexandra today, she was so super lovely. I felt so comfortable, as if I’d been going to her all my life! So lovey, and amazing at what she does. Like ‘the karate kid’ of intimate hair removal 😆 wax on… wax off!!!

Absolutely incredible massage- Sadie’s treatment room is so calming, welcoming and healing and she is so good at what she does. She worked on troublesome areas on my back and the head massage and heated eye mask was a gorgeous surprise too! I will be back and can’t wait for a facial too 💫

I always look forward to my visits to see Alexandra. Over the years she has looked after me we have got to know each other and it's lovely to have a catch up while she does my toe nails which are now beautiful and I have lovely soft feet too.

Alexandra is so warm and welcoming I felt so relaxed whilst she was dreading my eyebrows Ian’s sh e did an amazing job so I would give her 6 stars if that were an option
