My poor overworked body, felt like it was falling apart, the aches and pains daily, were so extreme, I decided to take action! First session and I can clearly feel and see the difference ALREADY. I walked out feeling amazing. Can’t wait for my next session.

Great therapy and Hannah is very welcoming

It was AMAZING. I booked in to use the IR Sauna with neck, shoulders and lower back pain. I hate using Pain Medication. I did 30mins in and left with no neck pain, no pain in shoulders, and minimal pain in lower back. Thank you!
