Friendly staff, brand new normatec, an amazing finnish sauna and plunge pools big enough to move around in. The attention to detail in the design of the space is evident, the lighting is relaxing and beautiful, and the areas feel both private and friendly.

A bit of noise coming from outside the room, playing music, banging cupboards, loud conversation etc. took me out of the experience a little, I would recommend some sort of sound trap maybe? Otherwise the session itself was great 👍

This is the most comprehensive wellness centre on the Sunshine Coast and no costs have been spared. The staff are amazing, friendly and happy to help you wherever needed. The equipment is great quality with plenty of space. Highly recommend.
