Honestly my favourite spa in Gisborne. I absoloutely love Sarah, from my waxing appointment. She's so experienced and makes me feel so comfortable. The rest of the staff are lovely and kind aswell. The buisness itself is just so high quality and run so smoothly. thank you for creating this space!

Had a wonderful first time experience at Ora day spa. The staff were lovely and had a nice calm energy and made me comfortable. The clear quartz body scrub and soak left my body feeling nice and smooth and my mind feeling rejuvenated.

I had Sarah (Sez) walked out of there walking on air, but completely needed a sleep afterwards. Worked some magic on my body with just the right amount of pressure. I had the scrub, wrap, soak and massage. Bliss xx

I was asked to fill out areas of focus of my body, which didn't include my legs much. However it seemed that atleast 50% of the time was spent on my legs and not much on my feet and other areas. Do the staff look at the form we fill out?

Following a 20 minute Sauna, I had a facial fix and an amazing body massage with Kim today. What an awesome experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with the sound of calming music playing in the background that I almost drifted off to sleep. Can't wait for my next appointment.

This was my 2nd time at Oura Day Spa! Experience was great room was clean and cosy. Shan was very apologetic for having a little mishap with wax but made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was okay with everything which I found refreshing! Friendly and kind staff. Will be coming back :)
