Experience with Louise was top class again. Really felt the benefit. Body is reacting to the holistic approach very well.

Lisa was so welcoming and really listened to the issues I have with my back and shoulders. The treatment room was spotlessly clean and relaxing. I felt the effect of the massage immediately after, my lower back had so much more movement and my usually tense and painful shoulders felt looser and took away my headache. Received a very good and thorough treatment. Has really helped me manage and improve my mobility due me being diagnosed with MS. A brilliant alternative to treatments I have been provided in the past. Experienced the red light treatment as part of my Pick and Mix x3.

Update: I've now been implementing the lifestyle changes Louise suggested for nearly 2 months. I have now seen Louise for a follow-up and things are still improving. So happy! After my Menopause and Lifestyle consultation with Louise. I have been implementing the suggestions given and am already seeing improvements within one week. I am sleeping better, more relaxed... add anything else here. What's more, the whole process was so easy, and it took away all of the stress. The money was very well spent after so many years of suffering. Thank you so much!
