From shaping to polish, she paid close attention and ensured my nails were done properly—even helping me choose the right nail color to suit me. I had a massage today. The massage was decent and I have some feedback on process. Firstly, I suggest clients be consulted about how their body is feeling and if any specific body parts need special attention; my massage started without any consultation. I also suggest training massage therapists to ask clients about pressure at the beginning of the massage, and to check in again about it midway through the massage. I think my massage may have ended slightly early as well, I recommend ensuring clients receive the full 60 minutes they booked. That would take my rating from good to great!

I really did enjoy my first visit at luxx med spa. Gabrielle did a wonderful job of making me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The environment was very fulfilling and satisfying. Amazing. Loved the full body massage and facial. Had us feeling refreshed; got rid of knots and our skin looked shiny and smooth. The service was wonderful as the staff were very friendly and gave clear instructions. They went above and beyond to make my day special.

It was an eye opener and how much my body needs this type of service/healing And I will be returning.

Today was my 1st time at Karma Spa and it definitely wouldn't be my last. The treatment with Nakisha was amazing and refreshing. The pressure applied to my neck, shoulders and back was good and no discomfort was experienced. The pedicure was good as well and my feet are soft and smooth. Keep up the good work Nakisha. I pray God continues to strengthen your mind and body.

I enjoyed the services. The manicure and pedicure were good. The massage was excellent. However, the gel polish was caking shortly after I left and was completely off my the next morning.
