Oh what can I say! What a beautiful, relaxing environment to have my first Hollywood wax in many years! From the minute I walked in the door, Rachel just put me at ease. I go every so often for my cut and colour I have in. The past visited many others ,but mono is the best. It's a professional service all the girls are experienced polite caring .I'm elderly now but they look after me I always leave happy lots of coffee and tea well done mono
