I recently had the pleasure of visiting Koots Clinic in Torquay for a series of laser hair removal treatment, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Sandra and the team. Their genuine care and attention made me feel immediately at ease. As for the laser hair removal treatment, I am thrilled with the results. It has truly worked wonders, exceeding my hopes and leaving me feeling more confident. Was a very good 1st vist service was good had my feet done will go back . Well going back next week to get my eye brows done lovely to have a place like this in Barton keep up the good work

Danielle did my waxing and couldn't be lovelier or more welcoming. Knowledgeable too as I had a few questions regarding fake tanning and waxing. Very pleased with waxed legs. Leanne did my LVL and as always she did them beautifully too. Many thanks 🙂

I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

In 20 years, and with numerous different waxers, Danielle is by far the BEST. Not only was it the least painful, most precise wax I’ve had.. she makes you feel totally comfortable, perfect for waxing newbies. Her knowledge, experience and waxing OCD makes her my new beauty essential. Zero downtime. I couldn’t be happier
