Florentina is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my appointment. Amazing service today. The owner is lovely and very knowledgeable at what she does, I had 2 massages, a pedicure and waxing and all treatments were brilliant and good value for the cost. Will 100% be returning and would recommend her to anyone
