Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Great experience for a hollywood wax! Rachel makes you feel comfortable, no fuss, no mess, quick and efficient all with as little waxing pain as possible.

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. Been having a Hollywood wax from Rachel for a couple years now, she is professional, kind and caring and always a pleasure to see her, keep up the great work Rachel.

Rachel is amazing! She made me feel such at ease to get waxed. Absolutely lovely woman!!
