First time visiting Laura, and she made me feel relaxed and explained everything she was going to do. WOW, my eyebrow looked amazing as they were over plucked from the 80s..... Booked in for eyelash tint and a bikini wax too. Loura is very professional and I highly recommended her. Xx

Lydia and Scarlett were both great today for my wax and nail appt and were so accommodating even when I was running half an hour late! I got two custard cremes with my coffee - which deserves a sixth star - if there was an option. :-)

Absolutely fantastic experience. Lovely warm and welcoming place, with some parking outside which is always great for me as I have a disability. Even managed to fit in a patch test ready for when I return for an LVL next time! Staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease. Very happy with my treatment (wax) also - you definitely have a returning customer in me! 🫶🏼 xx

I just have my eyebrows waxed every 4 weeks. Charlotte does a great job and as a small business I am more than happy 😊

Fran is incredible. I had attempted to have a lash lift and despite a patch test I felt a bit too stingy to continue. Fran quickly removed it and suggested a lash tint instead after making sure my eyes were fine. She is so calm and caring. My wax and threading are always amazing! x

Absolutely brilliant. I was dreading intimate waxing for the first time but Laura was great, very professional and she made me feel at ease. Quite a painless procedure, hygiene was great, the process was very dignified and fast and efficient. The beauty couch was really comfortable, the beauty room was lovely and smelt of lavender , music chatting and laughter made me feel relaxed. I've decided laura will be my new waxing professional because she's meticulous at her job and a lovely lady, I'm very happy, thankyou 😊

Fran is such a lovely girl and so caring. She threads eyebrows which is so much better (and less painful!) than waxing. So convenient in the centre of West Bridgford upstairs in the fab No4 Hair Salon.
