Emma is amazing. She is my go to for waxing and nails. I went for a full leg and bikini waxing today. Emma seeks the best wax for her customers and takes her time. Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I’ve had bad experiences at other salons in the past and usually feel quite uncomfortable, but Nina completely changed that for me. She made me feel so comfortable throughout my face threading and first bikini wax appointment. The whole experience was seamless and surprisingly pain-free. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone!

Really friendly and chatty but as we were talking I hadn't realised that I'd paid for full leg including bikini and the lady only waxed my legs, no bikini line so felt a bit like I'd paid for part of a service that I hadn't received and therefore was a bit disappointed and felt it was a bit expensive as a result. The service was great in salon and during treatment apart from that.

I had a great experience at my waxing appointment! The space was clean and welcoming, and the aesthetician was professional, friendly, and made me feel totally at ease throughout the process. The waxing was quick, thorough, and as painless as it could be. I really appreciated the attention to hygiene and the care taken to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester
