I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

I had such a lovely experience! She did an acrylic French manicure for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The nails are beautifully shaped, the French tips are so clean and precise, and the finish is flawless. I had a great experience I didn't book my appointment till late on the night before and was still accommodated by the girls who were all really friendly. Megan did a great job on my classic eyelashes I couldn't recommend her enough she made me feel so comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic as usual i love going to Sandy she's amazing at what she does and makes me feel so refreshed when i leave. The new location is great and quite deceiving its bigger than i thought it would be and easy to get to aswell. Highly recommend this place
