She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. Toni was wonderful! Extremely professional and made the whole experience (underarm and Hollywood waxing) very comfortable. Obviously a Hollywood can be a bit uncomfortable (both physically and shyness wise) but she made me feel 100% at ease. Can't recommend highly enough
