My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! Attended for my first deep tissue massage, she felt the problem straight away an got to work on it. All at my own pace an constantly checking that I was ok. Deb was friendly an made me feel very comfortable. Felt a whole lot better leaving appointment booked for the next session

It was my first visit to the salon. So I was a bit nervous on arrival. Very professional attitude exhibited by the beautician especially as I received intimate waxing. The beautician put me at ease immediately and was considerate to my needs and emotions.

Debs is always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making every appointment a relaxing and positive experience. I’ve been a client of Louise’s for many years. I genuinely couldn’t be without her. My nails are very weak and require expert care. Her knowledge & experience are second to none. She always takes the time to explain the options available and advises me on what will be best for the condition of my nails. Despite knowing my nails so well after all these years, she still carries out a thorough consultation at every appointment to ensure the treatment is right for me.
