I had a wonderful spa experience at Sala. Despite the gloomy, wet weather, Dineo made the experience comfortable and cozy. The massage was relaxing, and the facial left my skin refreshed and glowing. Will definitely make Sala a regular stop during my visits to Ballito.

Wonderful experience besides the waitron “she” was unfriendly and rushed us even though we had full access to the amenities on site. Maybe she is updated so we don’t felt unwanted. I had a full set of acrylic nails and a gel pedicure, the nail technicians were skilled and happy to please, I left feeling satisfied with my nails. Areas for improvement is more in the aesthetics, metro radio station and music was overstimulating, the ladies speaking to each other could be a bit softer and the lighting is too bright. If you are doing both together it is very uncomfortable as you have to twist your back for the opposite hand as opposed to the nail tech completing one hand at a time. I will go back as the service from the ladies is great and they are very sweet. Thank you Swoon
