After moving to Seattle six years ago, it was surprisingly difficult to find a beauty salon that felt both clean and truly professional. We finally found that here. Jot is incredible—my eyebrows come out perfect every single time, and her experience really shows in the results. We’ve tried both threading and waxing, and even though my sister and I have sensitive skin, we’ve never had any irritation or issues. The booking process is also super convenient since you can easily choose who you want to see. I highly recommend this place!

As always, all the services I have availed so far at Galaxy Beauty Salon are way higher in quality when compared to any other beauty salons I have been here in Seattle. Highly recommend, they are not only amazing in their services, also very professional and courteous at the same time. I got facial done and I am super amazed at the outcome and the results.

I’ve been seeing Caitlin for brow and Brazilian waxing for over a decade, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else. At one point, I moved out of the area and went an entire year without a brow wax—just so I could wait to see her again! That’s how good she is. Ms. Jolt is the BEST for eye-brow threading. I constantly have people commenting on how clean, beautifully the arch of my eyebrows is. She takes her time and genuinely cares about her customers. I've been going to her for a few years, and she never delivers anything less. Her level of excellence and precision is very noticeable. She also does very well with full-body waxing. VERY quick and painless.

I got waxing and eyebrow threading done by Sushma. She was really nice and gentle during waxing. She also ensured that I was not feeling excess heat or pain through out the session and ensured that she cleaned up completely. She also did my eyebrows perfectly! Definitely recommend her and the salon.

This was my first time here, and I booked a full acrylic set with Jay. She was very gentle and attentive (my nails are somewhat sensitive) and had great advice on a nail color that would match well with my skin tone. I really look forward to coming back to her again!

Went in for a 90 minute aromatherapy massage and didn't want to leave! the staff was so accommodating since I had to change my time twice. they are doing minor construction to expand the space but nothing distracting as everyone was so gracious about it! definitely try them out

I got builder gel done with Jenny and she was so SO detailed and careful with her work! She checked every single nail to make sure it was perfect. It was very professional and incredibly relaxing. She seemed to find every sore point in my back and my legs.

My experience was very nice. My massage therapist was professional, in terms of working on the parts of my legs and back that have been sore.

Excellent all the way around. From the receptionist to the many outstanding therapists. I’ve been going to Li’s once a week for half a year now. Every one is great.
