It was my first time ever getting waxed, and I was a little nervous, but Olivia at The Wax Club was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so relaxed from the moment I walked in, and we chatted the whole time, which really helped take my mind off it. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience so much more comfortable than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better first waxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Tetiana is lovely. She always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very professional, she knows her stuff. Studio is clean and tidy. She's super busy which says a lot about the level of her expertise and treatments she offers.

Fantastic 1st wax today with Liv. I was so nervous but was made to feel so at ease and comfortable. After 5 minutes we were chatting like friends and it was done before i knew it and out the door. It was not as bad as id built up in my head and wish id done it years ago. Will be rebooking. Thanks 😊

First time for hot stone massage and I'll be back. Relaxing atmosphere, lovely scented oils to chose from. Skin is super soft. Professional and friendly, knowledgeable and explains exactly what is going to happen beforehand. Can't wait to book in again!!
