We discussed at length which treatment would be most suitable to help me achieve the more fresh faced look I wanted. Kim made me feel totally confident and talked very knowledgeably about the different procedures, there was no attempt to sway me to any particular treatment. I had my first microneedling appointment today and so far, even after only a few hours, my skin feels lovely and I’m looking forward to my follow up treatments.

Kim is a very lovely reassuring lady during treatments, always telling you what she will be doing and asking if you are ok and comfortable during the procedure! Honest with her recommendations! Highly recommend treatments with Kim! Will definitely being going back for further treatments with Kim.

Really happy with my treatments. I had three massage sessions back-to-back with Lydia and they were exactly what I needed - both relaxing and invigorating, and they left me feeling great. I also had a haircut with Sue, and I was more than happy with that too - plus I learned so much about hair, the local area, and a stack of other things! I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning next time I am in the area.
