I’ve had many massages, and the Ayurvedic massage with Mia felt really special. The consultation was thoughtful and thorough, and she held the space with such calm presence and care. I found the experience deeply relaxing, while also easing tension I’d been holding in my neck, shoulders, back, and lower back. I left feeling calm and lighter. Would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to booking my next treatment with Mia.

Had the most amazing Ayurvedic massage from Despina today. The space is warm and calming and I was made to feel very relaxed from the start. Charli truly has healing hands! This place was a deep santuary for me, and the practitioner really knew the science and art of ayurvedic massage and yoga. Such a great experience and massage. It's a really great way to balance yourself and work out some of the physical and emotional stresses of life. Alessio is really emphathetic and thoughtful about his aproach and I'd recommend having an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage with him.

Mia was amazing, so talented and so kind! Mia immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable, especially as it was my first time.
