Sascha Shinder

Sascha was an incredibly perceptive and kind therapist. I’m only visiting London for a short while but may even try to book a follow up before I go! The place is lovely and peaceful, and I felt extremely well taken care of. Would recommend Sascha to anyone who has general stress, tightness, or just needs to relax a bit. You’ll be in skilled and calming hands!

Sascha gave me an exceptional massage. She has a unique gift. Not only does she possess a deep understanding of the body's muscular anatomy, but she also has the ability to restore balance and recalibrate energy in a way that is both profoundly relaxing and deeply restorative. If you're looking for a genuine reset, I cannot recommend Sascha highly enough. Her skill, intuition, and presence create a space where you feel completely supported. I left feeling entirely transformed. Sascha is an extraordinarily talented massage therapist, and her work is something truly special. 10/10

This was an amazing experience. I’ve never had this type of massage before, and the mixture between stretching in yogic poses and massage was incredible. I couldn’t believe Sascha was still training to be honest, she was absolutely brilliant. Walked out feeling incredible. Thank you. Would definitely recommend Sascha to anyone looking for a massage and release of any tight muscles.

A brilliant massage. I loved how interactive it was and left feeling like I had done a yoga session without any effort - the best of both worlds! Sascha’s pace and pressure were perfect, and suited to my needs throughout. The depth of the stretches have made a real difference to my lower back, which I had mentioned as a sore spot at the beginning of my consultation. If you’re looking to feel stretched, energised and deeply relaxed by the end, this is the treatment for you!
