My first massage with Lauren and my first ever pregnancy massage and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Lauren is lovely and welcoming and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I feel relaxed and my body feels revived, just what you need during pregnancy. I will definitely be returning for more!

I had the Gold Package at Jemma’s Japanese Head Spa today and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the scalp massage—it completely melted away my tension! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was noticeably softer, and the facial left my skin looking brighter. The water therapy and unique finishing touches made the whole experience even more calming 🫶🏻 A big thank you to Jemma for such a wonderful experience—I walked out feeling completely reset. Definitely worth it if you want a truly relaxing, indulgent treatment! 💆🏻‍♀️

Easily the best Sports Massage I have had in 20 years. I was able to discuss accumulated injuries and problems from 45 years of football and running and Kerry was able to suggest and plan appropriate treatment. Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfect for unwinding. The scalp massage was incredibly soothing and the products left my hair feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. Just had the most incredible facial, Lauren is amazing. My skin is like glass, has an insane glow and is soft as silk. Had a wonderful face massage too and feel so relaxed ❤️🥰
