My first massage with Lauren and my first ever pregnancy massage and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Lauren is lovely and welcoming and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I feel relaxed and my body feels revived, just what you need during pregnancy. I will definitely be returning for more!

I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. This was a fabulous and very relaxing experience. Emma went out of her way to make me feel very comfortable and at ease, and the massage was excellent. I left feeling very relaxed and fully intend to return for regular massages. Fully recommended!

Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

My session with Kerry was brilliant, she is such a great therapist, she was able to figure out where my issues were and worked on these amazingly checking in on me throughout my session. Her room is tranquil and perfect for a relaxing experience. Could not recommend her services enough, she’s made me feel great and has given me lots of tips to improve my problem areas. Can’t thank you enough Kerry.
