Had a Hollywood wax with Ellie. She is honestly so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous but Ellie was very quick, reassured me whole appointment and made sure I was ok throughout. I had a wonderful experience here! I arrived early for my appointment, which was no issue at all. Kellyanne offered me refreshments, and we had a lovely chat. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend!"
