Got eyebrow reshape under arm wax and ears pieced. Love it and kay was chatty, didnt hurt and felt relaxed. Will be coming again. Going to book a foot massage and underarm wax.

I was visiting Bristol from the North East and had being having some back pain for sometime - the travel wont help - I came across Ramphai's and had the best massage. Relieved a lot of tension I had in my back and shoulders, travelled home the next day pain free 😊 Thank you

Emma was very welcoming. Can't say I enjoy a bikini wax but Emma is by far the best waxer I've been to. I will be back to try a more relaxing treatment next time. I would highly recommend. I also loved that she uses natural product's.

Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). First time trying the Wellness Signature 90 minutes and it was absolutely divine. Laura-Lea somehow manages to work out all the knots and tension while still making you feel so utterly relaxed. I’ve been going to Chantelle for 2 years now and I’ve never once had a bad time. Chantelle is calm and friendly, her beauty room is clean and fresh. Amazing! I’ve had a pain on my shoulder since October 25! I had no idea what it was and the doctor said try ibuprofen and it should go but never has. When I arrived and the massage started she lifted my arm and i said sorry my arm won’t lift. She said she will fix it and omg immediate results. When i left I coil lift my arm but still felt a strain so she recommend another session within a few days and i’ve just been tonight and my arm dosent hurt since leaving and I can lift my arm above my head. Tiki is amazing she should be on the doctor referral list. Amazing !!

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.

I had a fabulous microdermabrasion facial, which included a much needed head, neck and shoulder massage. The arm and hand massage was also amazing. Charlie was as delightful as ever and I was also warmly greeted by Stanley, her furbaby 💙

I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.

First visit to this salon, it was lovely and the ladies were very welcoming. Having an intimate wax is always a bit strange when it's someone you're not used to going to, but Mia was lovely and made me feel very relaxed and at ease. She did a great job. I will definitely be back.
