⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience! She fitted me in at short notice, and the result is flawless. It honestly looks like a fairy painted my nails! Her Russian manicure is incredibly precise, clean, and beautifully done. It’s so hard to find this level of skill in London. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a long-time client of Juliana’s, and she is honestly the only person I trust for my waxing! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable, even with treatments that can feel a little awkward. She’s always precise and thorough, and the results are fantastic. Juliana’s treatment room is spotless and cosy, with lots of little extras — from still and sparkling water to even a Nespresso machine! It really makes the whole experience feel special. She’s simply the best, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had my first waxing appointment here today and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Loukia was so welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The beaity room was clean, relaxing, and had a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if it's your first time having a wax!

I had my first sugaring visit yesterday and I can highly recommend! It’s so much more gentle on the skin, never going back to waxing. Terri was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I will be definitely coming back :)

Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D

Went here today for a full leg, bikini and underarm wax. Outstandingly clean. Very Professional and most of all Loukia is very welcoming. I did say I would return. My new therapist. Going to try the Galvanic facial in 2 weeks, looking forward to it. I am sure it will be as good as your other services. Thank you Loukia for another great service, you truly are amazing.
