The experience at Hellen Brandao Beauty was excellent as ever💕As a relative newbie to wax treatments. I had some apprehension about giving this another go after my first experience (years ago with someone else) did not go well. Hellen was kind and professional and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and the results were great! Highly recommend!

Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

Excellent from start to finish. Suzie was welcoming and friendly, showed exceptional care and attention. There was a faultless selection of appropriate earrings and Suzie took her time to explain the process and aftercare to my daughter. She wasn’t rushed through it and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Clean and comfortable surroundings. Absolutely no complaints. Fantastic service, one happy daughter!

Had the most incredible experience with my wax! Lucy put me at ease & explained everything as we went through - especially as my bikini wax was the first time! It was professional, pain free and the care before and after was really well explained and treated. Lucy was utterly incredible. Made me feel conokelety comfortable from the very stat, explaining everything. The scalp assessment was fascinating before heading into the most relaxing head spa ever! The various parts of the treatment were all so relaxing and it was an incredibly sensory experience. Something I will definitely be adding to a regular routine. Thank you so much Lucy for your magic hands! The arm and hand massage is a nice extra too! Will definitely be back ❤️

Katie as always gave me a great cut and like all the staff there is so friendly. The staff genuinely seem very happy at the salon, it has a lovely atmosphere.
