This was my first time having any kind of treatment, and Denel was absolutely lovely and so informative. He explained what to expect, provided thorough aftercare advice, and helped me build a skincare routine by recommending products suited to my skin. Had botox and a skin booster done- completly pain free and super quick!. The salon is delightful and warm, welcoming reception, and I even enjoyed a cup of tea with a beautiful smile, Claire definately knows her stuff and her information about treatments were bob on. HIghly recommend.

I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me. Claire makes you feel warm and welcome, I won't list all the treatments I've had they are all amazing.. The microneedle facial which I've been having for around 6 months has been a game changer and has totally changed my completion, its not a sprint its a race..
