Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. I’ve been having beauty treatments with Rachel for over 2 years now. Faiza was so welcoming and friendly. I had my first hydra facial and it was amazing experience. She also did head massage it was relaxing. My skin look glowing and deep cleaned. Definitely recommend amazing service.

Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The service was fantastic and I’ll definitely be going back.

The whole place has a calm, clean vibe, and I left feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. Highly recommend Sne if you’re looking for a proper, effective massage — I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited the recovery room for a B12 injection, and I must say, it was an experience like no other. The place was spotless and incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at ease. They even offered me a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch considering my apprehension about injections. Sumayah, the skilled nurse, administered the B12 injection so swiftly and effortlessly that I didn’t even notice it. I truly appreciate your exceptional service and would be more than happy to return to your esteemed establishment in the future.
