Andrea my therapist massaged deep into my tight and sore muscles, with care and sensitivity. Even though it was painful at times, it brought relief to the areas that were constantly in pain. The full body massage was comforting and soothed my aching body. Thank you Andrea.

I had the most incredible experience with Nina at Gingerlily Spa. I have been waxing for over 10 years with many different therapists, and never once have I almost fallen asleep during a facial wax. That changed today. Nina was so gentle, so calm and so warm in her approach. There was no pain, no discomfort, just pure professionalism and care. It honestly felt relaxing, which is something I never thought I would say about waxing. The way she works shows real skill and experience. You can feel that she knows exactly what she is doing. Kelly's the best brow lady I've ever had. Fast, minimal pain, perfectionist, friendly and kind. All the other staff are wonderful too. Highly recommended.

Injured my wrist and Ankle and needed Muneera's help to speed up recovery. First a massage with CBD infused balm so smooth out the tension, followed by RIFE for my wrist and Wet cupping for my ankle and fell asleep 😅 The pain in my wrist already subsided algamdullilah. Muneera is my go to Body Message Therapist for all my aches, pains and injuries.

What an absolutely beautiful experience, after my injury was not being able to move my hips and suffered with painful back pain. With regular sessions i can feel my hips loosen and my back ease. What gifted hands you have Andrea! Thank you so much!

I had an excellent deep tissue sports massage today. Olwethu was excellent at sorting out all my knotted muscles as a visit for a massage is years overdue. As a keen road cyclist, this was exactly what I needed for my shoulders and legs, I’m already booked in to come back next week. 10/10.

Haven't been as active as I was in the dryer months so haven't seen Muneera for while. She reminded me of this 😁 She found areas that I didn't even know was sore! She asked what I have doing and explained where the pain is coming from and what I need to do to fix it. My body really appreciates Muneera ❤️ and I for one am glad I have her in my life

What a fantastic experience! Muneera was so warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment and left with some new exercises to try and release the chronic pain I’ve had in my shoulder. I’ll definitely be back and be recommending her to all my friends!
