Absolutely fantastic treatment from Aze and Hugo... I have had my second session of Acupuncture and have always been sceptical about alternative medicines... However, after trying many different modalities for lower back pain, anxiety etc. I am starting to find some ease in my pain.. Long way to go but currently I am starting to feel some enjoyment of life again! x

Acupuncture has definitely improved my life. My treatment experience was excellent. My body responds well to acupuncture, so it usually just takes few session sessions to eliminate the pain. Acupuncture has given me new treatment options other than drugs or surgery. Thank you Aze and Hugo .

Az is so caring and an expert in her field. She uses her experience to provide the best for her clients. She listens carefully and has helped me with tight shoulders, lower back pain, sciatica and hand injury to keeping my muscles well maintained with deep tissue sports massages-( thank you Hugo and Az) and acupuncture! My first experience here was great! I received a warm welcome. The consultation was very useful and the team were able to easily identify the areas causing me problems in my shoulders, neck and back. I received cupping, acupuncture and a massage focused on these areas; all treatments were very therapeutic and relaxing and the problematic areas already feel less tense. I’d recommend At Home Holistic Therapies to friends/family and I’d go again!
