I’ve been attending regular massage sessions with Miglė, and they have helped me completely get rid of my back pain. I also tried the lymphatic drainage massage, which was effective and relaxing at the same time. Miglė is always professional, knowledgeable, and truly an expert in what she does. Excellent and highly recommend. Joel was polite and professional and put me at ease. He explained how the session would work and what to expect. The sports massage was thorough and helped to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back. I enquired about follow up sessions and was not made to feel anything was compulsory. Rather I was offered a selection of options that would suit me should I wish to try.

Excellent first sports massage session with Joel. Took care to assess, explained everything clearly, great back, leg and calf massage to get to grips with the knots. Finished off demonstrating some stretches I can do each day before the next session. Highly recommended!
