Fantastic first experience with Nathan. He used a mixture of techniques including cupping to treat my knee pain and lower back pain. Felt better and less pain after the session and would definitely recommend Nathan. I will be booking in again shortly and plan on booking regular sessions.

Very welcoming atmosphere, I felt super comfortable throughout and all elements of the treatments were explained in full. I went in with sore knees from running and a recurrent pulled shoulder and have come out with reduced pain, lots of advice and some extra exercises I can be doing at home between sessions. I had my first chemical peel with Runa today. Admittedly I was a bit nervous but Runa went through each step and made me feel at ease. The actually chemical peel was a quick and painless process. I have been going to Runa for several months now and she has incorporated chemical peels with my microneedling, I am looking forward to seeing the end results.
