Rich provides a great sports massage therapy service. From the start, he was incredibly attentive, thoroughly listening to the details of my current condition. I really appreciated that he didn't just give a standard treatment but customized the massage to address what I was dealing with right now. I felt significant relief afterward. I had a niggling pain for 6 months whilst running and trying to get fit again , so I thought I would try some sports massage, I visited rich and he was very thorough asking lots of questions and listening and seemed to know his field very well, I was also given some simple exercisers and stretches and after over 2 weeks of he pain is much better and my running distance improved, Many thanks rich

Rich is a fantastic massage therapist who has the ability to fix me. I struggle with chronic pain with fibromyalgia.
