I have been coming to Roland regularly for months. I originally came due to issues with my eczema (specifically topical steroid withdrawal). Since coming my issues have improved drastically as well as my sleep, mood, stress levels and hormonal cycle. I have learnt so much about my health and acupuncture and we always have a wonderful chat. I highly recommend coming for treatment, I didn't realise quite how impactful it would be on my general health and well-being. 10/10!

I've just had 5th session with Roland, having come after nearly 2 months of constant alternating migraine and tension headaches. The headaches are almost completely gone after 4 sessions. My carer related responsibilities are particularly stressful at the moment, but the sessions are really helping that both physically and emotionally, so I will carry on with weekly sessions for a while longer.

Roland has a very calming and reassuring presence, and took a thorough history before explaining factors leading to my awful migraines, and then proceeding with treatment. I feel a little better already today, despite being told (& knowing) that it will likely take a course of treatment to fully make a difference. The space is also really comfortable and peaceful, and is a lovely place to have treatment.

I had a Zero Balancing session with Roland Lewis this morning, and as always, it was exactly what I needed. Roland has a rare ability to “put me back together again.” Living with MS means I have to manage flares while still trying to stay active and live my life, and my sessions with him are an essential part of that balance. Roland works with such calm, grounded expertise ~ I always feel safe, supported, and understood. His treatments help me reset both physically and emotionally, and I walk out feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned. Ever grateful, 3-4 years on :0)

What can I say, my symptoms so much better having had a treatment. Had injured my arm, couldn't lift it, Roland put a needle in my leg I moved my arm, as he moved the needle, it feels so much freer to move now. Excellent.

Lovely first impression. He listened very well to what was going on physically and emotionally with my injury. Then he explained clearly what he would do and why, and the treatment itself was a calm and nourishing experience. It's too early for me to say long-term benefits, but this first session certainly felt helpful. I anticipate coming back for more to continue the treatment

Roland is a brilliant and I wouldn’t go elsewhere for acunpunture. He is really knowledgable and has helped me to manage a joint/ repetitive strain issue. He tweaks the treatment based on the symptoms and I definitely feel pain reduction and stress relief. Thank you Roland

Roland is extremely knowledge and tailors acupuncture to help with my joint pains. He is really helpful and I always feel relaxed during and after the treatment. Life gets busy and I find it helps me to switch off .. I would highly recommend Roland.
