Lauren definitely knows what she's doing use to have really bad back pains from training since going to Lauren I don't suffer with back pain would highly recommend 💯

Absolutely wonderful. When I normally visit other places for a deep tissue or sports massage I still feel tension when I leave which I feel they could’ve worked on.. however with Lauren she absolutely worked all the areas which needed attention! I now I feel a whole lot better! Thank you so much! 😁

Lauren is very friendly, welcoming and awesome at what she does! She has helped aid my recovery from a leg injury, but also helped other ache, pains and knots I wasn't aware of. Highly recommend 🙌

Absolutely loved my cupping massage! I’ve been looking for something to help target my cellulite on my legs/bum in time for summer and although this is the first time I’ve had this treatment, I felt like I could already see a difference after 1 session!! I had the loveliest first experience with lymphatic massage. Lauren was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable throughout. The location is perfect, super easy to get to and stress-free parking. I left feeling refreshed and would highly recommend!
