Had a fantastic and relaxed time with Sandra including a massage, pedicure, facial and plenty of great advice on aftercare as well as a friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. The place is easy to find in Newport with plenty of parking nearby and nice and quiet for a relaxing time.

Niall is simply amazing at what he does!! He is always the person I book in with whenever I have any old or new niggles that need to be sorted out. He is very informative on how to deal with them in between appointments too. I would highly recommend Niall to anyone who needs a sports massage.

Fully recommend Nial, always finds where the issue is and gives great advice how to help prevent or stretch the areas. Came to lonewolf for my calves a few years ago and have come back ever since for any muscle issues and will continue too.

I've been coming to Jira for about 7 months now and could not recommend her more. She gives the best massages I have ever had and always goes above and beyond even putting a special cream on some bad bruises I had which helped them to fade. She regularly goes over the time and includes stretches that really help loosen my joints.

I have been working with Niall for around 9 months across several injuries / issues and have been really pleased with both the process and results. Niall is always very diligent and spends time listening to my updates and also providing tips on various new exercises and stretches for me to work on between each session. He genuinely cares about his clients and is also working hard to continue upskilling himself at the same time. I would highly recommend Niall and will continue working with him for sure.

She was incredibly professional. I had pain in my heel, but I wasn't even sure where the exact problem area was. She identified the spot and worked on it with a massage. After the session, I felt a noticeable difference—almost like my nervous system had started functioning properly again. I left feeling much more relaxed, relieved, and energized. Highly recommended!

I came to Jira with terrible shoulder and shoulder blade pain and 3 sleepless nights. I had never been to a masseuse before, I didn't know what to expect. With infinite patience, she massaged my whole body. And with professional movements and her technique, she considerably reduced my pain, I was able to sleep all night.
