The new House of Castellis salon is absolutely stunning! The team are so welcoming and instantly put you at ease – it’s such a relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in. They offer so many different services – you could honestly spend the whole day getting pampered. I have my hair and nails done here and wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Paige was absolutely brilliant today (as always). Not only did I need extra help with a whole set of nails instead of just refill, I then asked for extra nails art. This meant extra time. But nothing is ever too much to ask her. Paige you are a star and a very lovely person too. I seriously can not thank you enough for today and actually every appointment that I have with you.

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Somy was so friendly and welcoming for my first appointment with my mum. I have usually had acrylic in the past (at a different salon) but today we tried Biab! Nails look beautiful and loved the extra added touches such as special attention to my cuticles and the option of a little moisturiser! Look forward to my next appointment ❤️❤️ X
